People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons. You might be struggling with:

  • Anxiety or feeling overwhelmed

  • Low mood

  • Difficulties in relationships

  • Low self-esteem

  • Difficult emotions

  • Unhelpful coping mechanisms

  • The effects of difficult or traumatic experiences

  • A significant change or transition in your life

  • Difficulties at home, school, university or work

  • Patterns that you keep finding yourself repeating

You don't need to have a diagnosis, or even be able to explain exactly what's wrong.

Sometimes knowing that you don't want to keep feeling the way you do is enough of a reason to start exploring things.
